Charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, so it’s important to review these details to avoid any unexpected fees.

7. Restricted Activities

Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle

• Prohibited activities include using the vehicle for illegal purposes, such as racing or off-roading, and transporting hazardous materials. Sub-letting to unauthorized drivers is not allowed, nor is driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Vehicles must not be used beyond their intended design, exceed passenger or weight limits, or travel outside the agreed geographical area without prior consent.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.

8. Liability Limitations

To the extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Hatfield will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not affect our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or for fraudulent activities.
